Position: DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR
The RWB is seeking a well-organized, results-oriented, self-starting individual to join our dynamic fundraising team.
Reporting to the Director of Development & Sponsorship, the Development Coordinator is responsible for the implementation of annual giving campaigns for the RWB Company and School, the RWB School Scholarship Program, one annual lottery and the coordination of RWB volunteers.
The ideal candidate has exceptional organizational and strong communications skills, excellent interpersonal skills, is results-oriented and has the ability to work independently while handling multiple priorities within tight timelines. S/he demonstrates initiative, exercises judgement and discretion in performing tasks and enjoys working in a team-oriented fast-paced environment.
Intermediate skills in MS Office are required as well as demonstrated capacity to navigate complex database systems. This position requires the use of a vehicle, and availability for occasional weekend and evening work. Fundraising experience with a not for profit arts organization or other charitable institution is a prerequisite.
