Contest closes on February 12, 2013 at Midnight.
Draw to take place Wednesday, February 13, Noon CST at Canada’s Royal Winnipeg Ballet by random selection.

Winners will be notified by phone and announced on social media. 

Who Can Enter

Contest is open to all persons who reside in Manitoba and are 18 years of age or older, except for employees, retailers and agencies of Canada's Royal Winnipeg Ballet (RWB) and the immediate family members of such persons or people that reside in the same household.

How to Enter

Entries can be registered online at www.rwb.org/love Entries received on or before the closing time on the closing date will be entered into the prize draw. The RWB will not be responsible for, or accept any liability resulting from, entries which are lost, stolen or misdirected. No purchase of any kind is required. All entries received have an equal chance of winning. The chances of winning depend on the number of entries received. Mechanically reproduced entry forms will not be eligible to win. Entries can only be made through the RWB.org website.

Prize

Includes a heart shaped box of chocolates from Godiva Chocolatier (value $30), a flower bouquet or arrangement from McDiarmid Flowers (value $30) and two tickets to Royal Winnipeg Ballet’s The Sleeping Beauty (value $160), March 6 – 10, 2013. The prize for this draw is not redeemable for money.

The winner will be selected from all entries received. Chances of winning are dependent on the number of entries received. The RWB will contact the winner by email or telephone. If, for any reason, it is not possible within a period of 72 hours to contact the winning entrant despite customary diligent efforts, the RWB reserves the right to disqualify that entrant and select another entrant in their place.

Notification and Redemption

The RWB will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner by telephone/email. If for any reason it is not possible to contact the winning entrant, despite customary diligent efforts, the RWB reserves the right to disqualify that entrant and select another entrant in their place.

Photo identification must be presented when the prize is picked up at the the RWB box office. (380 Graham Avenue, Winnipeg)

If the winner wishes to have the prize mailed to their home, they understand and agree that they will be responsible to incur the postage delivery costs associated with receipt of the prize through Canada Post. The RWB will mail the tickets to the address indicated on the winner’s entry form.

The prize must be accepted as described; substitutes by the contest-winner will not be allowed and the prize may not be transferred to other persons without written consent of the RWB.

General Terms & Conditions

If for any reason in the opinion of the RWB, in its sole discretion, the contest is–not capable of running as planned or if the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the contest is corrupted or adversely affected, including by reason of tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or other causes beyond its control, the RWB reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest including any method of entry.

The RWB will not be responsible for misdirected, stolen, incomplete, or garbled entries.

All entries become the property of the RWB and none will be returned. As per the RWB's privacy policy, the RWB does not sell or redistribute any personal information.

The RWB is offering the Contest. Any inquiries or concerns relating to the Contest should be addressed to groups@rwb.org. By entering the contest, all entrants agree to be bound by the rules of the contest and release all parties associated with this contest from any liability with respect to any prize. All decisions by the RWB with respect to all aspects of this contest are final.
