Ms Aronovitch recently joined the RWB Professional Division as the Dean of Residence. Ms Aronovitch  was most recently at Manitoba Opera where she  served as Company Manager and was responsible for the day to day operations of the opera company.  She has also worked at Winnipeg Jewish Theatre, Camp Massad of Manitoba, and the Rady Jewish Community Centre where she developed the Children and Youth program. She  holds a Bachelor of Human Ecology degree and a Master of Science degree from the University of Manitoba, where she majored in Family Studies with a minor in Educational Psychology.

As Dean of Residence, Ms. Aronovitch is responsible for the leadership and management of the Residence at Canada’s Royal Winnipeg Ballet. The Dean’s mandate is to provide a safe, healthy and supportive environment for each student. The Dean works closely with the School Director and Professional Division Principal in matters pertaining to health and wellbeing of the students.
