The Princess & The Goblin

Our Recreational Division students cast in Twyla Tharp’s The Princess & The Goblin have been working extremely hard to prepare for opening night. The Princess & The Goblin will run at the Centennial Concert Hall from October 17-21, 2012. This full-length story ballet was created by internationally-acclaimed choreographer Twyla Tharp, and is based on the children’s fantasy novel of the same name by George MacDonald. The Princess & The Goblin is an inspiring story of humility and forgiveness, and follows the principal character of Princess Irene on a courageous quest to save the town’s children from the goblin and their “underworld” kingdom. All of our students danced beautifully in the auditions and are excellent examples of what we believe the RWB School students can be!
