Maritel Centurion taught a movement workshop presented by the Senior Resource Centre in promotion of healthy living at Portage Place on Friday, October 12 at Portage Place.  She presented the 15 participants with simple movement exercises that inspired and covered an array of dance movements tailored to their movement abilities.  The participants enjoyed the session so much; they have asked Miss Maritel to return!
