Payments
No Cheques accepted
Cash and/or Interac Must Pay In Full
Postdated payments will only be accepted with Credit Card for the Regular Session (September – June)
*To change your credit card number for post-dated payments, notification must be given five business days in advance of the payment date. A $25.00 administration fee will apply for all payment change requests.
NSF or Outstanding Accounts
NSF or Outstanding accounts will be notified by phone, mail or e-mail. Payments will be expected by the student’s next class. Within one week of notice the student will not be admitted into class until payment is received. There is a $25.00 charge for all NSF payments.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal policies are in effect from the moment of registration.
Withdrawal notice must be submitted IN WRITING to the attention of:

Refunds
Any applicable refund based on withdrawal will be subject to a $25.00 administrative fee per class. Refunds will be determined by the School quarter within which the approved withdrawal occurs.More information on quarterly pro-rating is available from the School office if required.
After October 1, Withdrawal Notices will only be processed if approved by the Principal, Recreational Division for medical reasons, or if the student is moving outside of reasonable travel distance to our studios. In the case of withdrawals for medical reasons, the Withdrawal Notice must also be accompanied by a letter from the attending physician outlining the medical reason(s) for the withdrawal. Applicable refunds will be determined by the School quarter within which the approved withdrawal occurs.
In the case of injury, all documents must be received within 30 days of the injury occuring or the refund will not be processed. No refund will be processed if classes are attended after an injury has been assessed by a physician who recommends withdrawal.
After February 1 NO REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON.
Registration Fee
$20 registration fee is non-refundable.
Boys
All classes registered at the subsidized boys’ rates are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Request for class Changes
All class changes must be approved by the Principal, Recreational Division.
Procedure
Students wishing to make a class change must make their request through the School Office. Class Change Request Forms will be completed and School administrative staff will forward the form to the appropriate teacher(s) for their review and to the Principal of the Recreational Division for authorization. One Class Change Request Form must be completed per class.
The RWBS reserves the right to refuse Class Change Requests.
Class Change Fee
Up to September 30, there will be no additional fee charged for processing class change requests.From October 1 onward, an administrative fee of $25 will be charged per class change request form submitted.
Fees must be paid in advance before consideration of the Change Request will commence.
Adult Summer Dance (July - Aug)
Any applicable refund based on withdrawal will be subject to a $25.00 administrative fee per class.Students who wish to withdraw must submit written notice to the School Office.After June 15, no refunds will be issued.
Class changes are permitted during the first two weeks of the program, with no applicable class change fee.
Tax Information
In accordance with federal law, Canada Customs and Revenue Agency’s T2202A (Tuition and Education Certificate) can only be produced for students age 16 years and over in the current taxable year. Should the student registered herein qualify for a T2202A, the form will be mailed to you automatically to the address on your registration summary before the end February.
Reciepts for Tuition Paid for students 15 years and younger will be mailed automatically to the address listed on your registration summary, for those wishing to claim the federal Fitness Tax Credit and/or the Manitoba Children’t Arts and Cultural Activities Tax Credit.
