If you have to reschedule your performance, your tickets will be exchanged absolutely free of charge (some restrictions apply). Exchanges must bemade prior to the week of the show. You no longer have to bring your old tickets back to the RWB Customer Service Office, you can simply discard them and pick up your new tickets at the Concert Hall before the performance. Please note that we cannot guarantee your regular subscription seats on exchanges and that all ticket exchange requests are subject to availability.Any exchanges made during the week of the show will be subject to an exchange fee of $5.00 per ticket.
