Box Office & Ticket Policies

GENERAL

  • No babes in arms are permitted.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability and may require payment adjustment.
  • No exchanges for performance that have already begun or retroactively.
  • Promotional codes cannot be combined with other offers and must be entered prior to purchase.

Single Tickets

  • Ticket exchanges are subject to a $5 service fee.
  • No Refunds.

Subscribers

  • No babes in arms are permitted.
  • FREE ticket exchanges. Please submit all exchanges one week in advance.
  • Payment plans are subject to a $25 fee.
  • No Refunds.

In the event there is a credit on your account, it must be redeemed by June 15 or it will expire. Credits may not be redeemed as a gift card.

Communicable Illness Policy

  1. If you are displaying flu-like symptoms and unable to attend the performance, you can switch your tickets to another performance, free of charge. If you continue to display symptoms throughout the run of the performance, you can apply a credit to your account.
  2. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide both a digital and theatre experience simultaneously. If due to public health guidelines, we are unable to return safely to the theatre at a minimum of 50% capacity, the performance will be delivered digitally and additional communications will be sent directly to ticket holders.
  3. In the event public health guidelines do not allow us to perform on stage with an audience or record a digital experience, we will apply the performance as a credit on your account that must be redeemed by June 15.

LIABILITY

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is a highly contagious disease that may result in personal injury, severe illness and death. By visiting the Manitoba Centennial Concert Hall or RWB Buildings, and/or attending performances, concerts, events or other activities, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure of COVID-19. All visitors must follow the health and safety protocols. Please do your part to keep yourself and others safe.
