2022/23 Season FAQ’s

Q: Will RWB be mandating vaccinations or mask wearing for Mainstage performances at the Centennial Concert Hall.

A: We strongly recommend all our patrons get vaccinated and continue to wear a mask. However, we will not be enforcing mandates of any kind. We continue to keep a close eye on the public health situation and this recommendation is subject to change.

Q: If I was a subscriber in 19/20, 20/21 or 22/23 and I choose not to subscribe for the upcoming season, will I lose my seats?

A: Yes, we have currently released your seats, but are happy to get you in another seat if they have been taken. If not, we can get you back in your regular seats.

NOTE: You never know, many of our patrons who have been in the same seat for years really enjoy other sections of the Centennial Concert Hall.

Q: When will I be able to purchase additional Nutcracker tickets as part of my subscription?

A: Nutcracker is currently available for you to purchase as an addition to your subscription. Please contact our Box Office for additional support.

Q: How will I know my subscription has been confirmed?

A: You will receive a receipt acknowledging your purchase, but we will also mail your tickets out to you directly by mid-September. Approximately, 4 weeks before the first show.

Q: Will I be able to sit next to people outside of my household? 

A: Yes, absolutely! Please make sure you enter the patron’s name you wish to be seated with in the seating requests section when renewing online or let our customer service team know. In order to improve our subscriber communications, for the 23/24 season we will be adding their contact information to your subscription purchase.

Q: What if a performance is cancelled? 

A: We do not expect to cancel any performances this season. The RWB will follow all Public Health guidelines; if they do not permit us to be in the theatre, we will move to a digital performance that you can enjoy in the comfort of your own home. Q: What if I am not feeling well?

We are proud to offer all our patrons flexible options as we return to the stage. Our options include free exchanges and if you are not well enough to attend any of the scheduled performances or are not quite ready to return to the theatre you can donate, receive a credit or a full. Q: How do I know if ticket discounts apply to me?

Pricing discounts include the following criteria:

  • 10% Senior discount for those 65+ years young.
  • 10% Student discount for those 17 and younger.
  • Group Discounts. If you are purchasing more than 10 tickets for a group, please contact our Box Office to redeem 10% off plus additional benefits!
  • $35 Access Pointe tickets for those ages 18-35. Please note, you must sign up to qualify for this program, which you can do right here! Approximately two weeks before the performance, we will email you a special promotional code. Access Pointe Information
