SINGLE TICKETS

For your convenience, we offer discounted pricing for a variety of people

  • 10% Senior discount for those 65+ years young.
  • 10% Student discount for those 17 and younger.
  • Group Discounts. If you are purchasing more than 10 tickets for a group, please contact our Box Office to redeem 20% off plus additional benefits!
  • $35 Access Pointe tickets for those ages 18-35. Please note, you must sign up to qualify for this program, which you can do right here! Approximately two weeks before the performance, we will email you a special promotional code. Access Pointe Information

SUBSCRIBERS

  1. No exchange fees associated with subscriptions.
  2. We continue to offer payment plans. Payment plans will be subject to fees starting in the 2023/24 season. For more information, please contact our Box Office.

SINGLE TICKET BUYERS

  1. Ticket exchanges are subject to a $5 service fee.
  2. No refunds.
  3. If you are experiencing flu-like symptoms, please see Communicable Illness Policy.
    4. We understand the unpredictability of our environment and our intention is to provide you with as much information as we can at this time. Your continued support is instrumental as we return to the stage.

COMMUNICABLE ILLNESS POLICY

  1. If you are displaying flu-like symptoms and unable to attend the performance, you can switch your tickets to another performance, free of charge. If you continue to display symptoms throughout the run of the performance, you can apply a credit to your account.
  2. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide both a digital and theatre experience simultaneously. If due to public health guidelines, we are unable to return safely to the theatre at a minimum of 50% capacity, the performance will be delivered digitally and additional communications will be sent directly to ticket holders.
  3. In the event public health guidelines do not allow us to perform on stage with an audience or record a digital experience, we will apply the performance as a credit on your account that must be redeemed by June 15, 2023.
    4. Please note, all credits must be redeemed by June 15, 2023.

LIABILITY

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is a highly contagious disease that may result in personal injury, severe illness and death. By visiting the Manitoba Centennial Concert Hall or RWB Buildings, and/or attending performances, concerts, events or other activities, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure of COVID-19. All visitors must follow the health and safety protocols. Please do your part to keep yourself and others safe.
