Tetyana Gazizova holds a diploma from the Vadim Pisarev’s School of Choreographic Mastery, as well as a master’s degree with honours from the Humanities Institute of Donetsk National University in Donetsk, Ukraine. In her earlier years, Ms. Gazizova performed as a ballet dancer for the Donetsk National Academic Opera & Ballet Theater for 11 years.

Ms. Gazizova is an energetic and creative artist with more than 14 years of experience teaching students of all ages in the Vaganova method. She also owned a ballet school in Ukraine and worked for the Vadim Pisarev’s School of Choreographic Mastery and at the Den Norske Balletskolle in Oslo, Norway.

As a passionate teacher with the goal to consistently help her students achieve their personal best, Ms. Gazizova has students who have go on to study with prestigious institutions in Europe and Ukraine, including the Ballet Academy of La Scala Theatre, the Royal Ballet School, the Vaganova Ballet Academy, the John Cranko School, and the Paris National Conservatory of Music and Dance.

In August 2022, Ms. Gazizova left Ukraine and worked with the Alberta Ballet School before joining the faculty at the Royal Winnipeg Ballet School’s Professional Division.​
