By purchasing a subscription, you guarantee yourself a seat at the RWB Company performances at the Centennial Concert Hall. For the safety of our staff, artists and patrons, as we gradually return to the stage, we are unable to guarantee where you will be seated. Please know, that we are holding your regular seat for the 22/23 season so that when we are able to return to normal, you will be back in your preferred seat.
For this season only, we have divided the theatre seating chart into two sections. You have the option to purchase in Zone 1 and 2. Subscribers will receive priority seating before sales open to the public and allow us to provide you with the best possible seats as a gesture of our appreciation. We will open seats slowly, with priority given to 2019/20 and 2020/21 Subscribers and Donors. Additional seats will be released on June 30 to past subscribers and single ticket buyers and on August 18, we will open sales to the public.
Please note: If you are a subscriber from the past two seasons, but choose not to renew your subscription for the 2021/22 season, we will hold your seats for the 2022/23.
As we return to the theatre, the RWB will follow guidelines established by Manitoba Public Health. Together with the Centennial Concert Hall tenants, the Winnipeg Symphony Orchestra and The Manitoba Opera, we will follow the policies and procedures of the venue to keep everyone as safe as possible and provide you with consistency whether you are attending the ballet, the symphony, or the opera.
6 Weeks Prior to Opening Night
If the Public Health Guidelines do not allow us to be in the Centennial Concert Hall at a minimum of 50% capacity, and dance together as a full company and crew; the RWB will make the decision to move to a digital performance.
If the RWB must move to a digital performance, you will still get an incredible show, delivered to the comfort and safety of your home. We appreciate your support as a subscriber, it allows us to keep our promise, as digital performances are also an investment for our organization.
If the RWB is back in the theatre, but you are not ready to attend an in-person performance, you are eligible for a full refund, up to 24 hours in advance.
If you are displaying symptoms and unable to attend the in-person performance, you are able to switch your tickets to another performance at no charge. If you continue to display symptoms throughout the run of the performance, you can receive a full refund, donate your ticket or apply a credit to your account that must be redeemed by June 15, 2022.
We are grateful for the opportunity that digital content has provided over the past year, but our mission is to return to live, in person performances.
We will continue offering a variety of digital content throughout the year that will showcase stories of the organization and focus on behind the scenes stories and the people that work and support our organization. We encourage you access this content through your RWB Account.
At the RWB, we want to plan for all events. We encourage you to review our Refund Policy
