Bio
Kallie Green joined the Royal Winnipeg Ballet as a Company Artist in 2026.
Kallie began her ballet training at The City Ballet School in Hagerstown, Maryland, before continuing her studies on scholarship at the Kirov Academy of Ballet. She completed her professional training in Boston Ballet School’s Professional Division at Walnut Hill School for the Arts, where she was both the Jack Rugheimer Scholar and the Mikko Nissinen Artistic Scholar. In 2024, she joined Boston Ballet II.
In 2023, Kallie was a finalist and placed among the top six junior women at the USA International Ballet Competition in Jackson, Mississippi. The previous year, she was a finalist at the Helsinki International Ballet Competition, where she also performed in the gala. At the Youth America Grand Prix Finals, she competed in the final round and received regional awards in both the classical and contemporary categories.
Kallie represented Boston Ballet School in the 2024 Prix de Lausanne Partner School Choreographic Project and participated in the Royal Danish Ballet Apprentice Exchange Program in 2023. She also spent summers training with American Ballet Theatre, Ellison Ballet, and the Bolshoi Ballet.
Her repertoire includes Crystal Pite’s The Seasons’ Canon, George Balanchine’s Symphony in Three Movements, Marius Petipa’s The Sleeping Beauty, and Mikko Nissinen’s The Nutcracker. While with Boston Ballet School and Boston Ballet II, she performed principal roles in Balanchine’s Serenade, Petipa’s Talisman and Le Corsaire, and August Bournonville’s William Tell Pas de Deux and Napoli. During her time at the Kirov Academy, she also performed Balanchine’s Tchaikovsky Pas de Deux.
